Description: No matter what drives a woman to end a pregnancy, there are physical, psychological, and spiritual side effects most don't anticipate. Feelings of guilt, shame, and grief become a heavy burden, and many women feel that they will never be free, that no one understands, that God will never forgive them. But there is hope! For every woman yearning for the peace of God's forgiveness after abortion, this study can be the first step to healing and wholeness. Led by women who have been there and who want to walk the road of hope with you.
About Susan: I have been a part of the Grand Parkway family for over 15 years and find great joy in serving others. I'm an elementary school teacher by day and enjoy cooking and crafting in my spare time. I've been known to break into song and dance at any given moment and am always ready for a good laugh. My journey to fully knowing and experiencing true freedom has been a long road, and I'm delighted that God has led me to a place where I can walk alongside others on their journey.
About Diona: I have been blessed to be a wife and stay-at-home mom of 3 amazing kids. When I have down time, I enjoy crocheting, doodling, sewing, and messing in my flowerbeds. Not growing up in church, I became a Christian in my mid-twenties. Since then I have had a constant thirst to know and grow more in Him through studying the Word. After teaching high school math for seven years, I decided to stay home and lean in to Him. Understanding what he has done in my life allows me to freely be who I am—His!
